About Sahailey Cavaliers

My love for Cavaliers began in childhood, though it wasn’t until 2019 that we welcomed our first one into the family. That year, after the heartbreaking loss of my son’s beloved Labrador, Buddy, we encouraged him to explore other breeds he might connect with. When he chose the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, we were fully supportive—and the moment our first Cavalier came home, we were completely smitten.

We are a small, dedicated show and hobby breeder with a focus on type, health, and temperament, always guided by the breed standard. Our Cavaliers are truly members of the family—raised in our home, not in kennels—and we enjoy involving them in conformation and sporting events, ensuring the experience is enjoyable for both us and our dogs.

All of our Cavaliers come from champion bloodlines. Prior to breeding, we perform thorough health screenings, including evaluations of hearts, eyes, patellae, and hips. We maintain annual heart checks with a board-certified cardiologist and yearly eye exams by a board-certified ophthalmologist. Additionally, we conduct DNA testing for DE/CC, EF, and MCADD to ensure the healthiest possible puppies.
